The founding pilot is intentionally small: one quote, one commercial decision, and a maximum of ten paid places while the workflow is tested.
What the $12 service includes
- One editable, itemized quote for one creator's UGC brand inquiry, delivered by default as an editable Google Doc and a matching PDF.
- Another practical delivery format may be agreed during intake, subject to confirmation before drafting begins.
- A short Scope, Edge, and Fit rationale that explains the structure.
- Visible assumptions and questions to clarify with the brand.
- Creator-approved amounts, proof points, and a bounded alternative if the budget changes.
- One seven-calendar-day window for factual or formatting corrections to the approved quote; a new brief or added scope is not included.
When the 24 hours begin
The delivery window begins after payment is confirmed and usable intake is received. Usable intake means the requested deliverables, commercial permissions, timing, creator-approved amounts, and delivery email are sufficiently clear to draft the quote.
If a missing answer prevents drafting, we will identify it and the delivery clock will not begin until the usable information arrives.
What the service does not do
Price the Brief organizes a commercial decision. It does not certify a universal or market rate, guarantee a brand win, negotiate with the brand, interpret contract language, provide legal or tax advice, or invent evidence about the creator.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving the final amounts, assumptions, and language before sending the quote. The brand remains responsible for accepting or rejecting it.
You approve every number before it leaves.
When a full refund applies
A full refund is available if:
- the quote is not delivered within twenty-four hours after usable intake;
- you decide the pilot is unsuitable before drafting begins; or
- we cannot complete the request within the privacy, scope, or advice boundaries.
Request a refund at hello@pricethebrief.com. Provider processing time may continue after the refund is issued; the payment provider's final receipt is the authoritative refund record.
Payment, privacy, and contact
The live flow uses Stripe-hosted payment. A browser return page is never proof of payment; the provider receipt is authoritative. The separate privacy notice explains the minimum-data approach. Questions can be sent to hello@pricethebrief.com.
