During the pilot, you stay in control of the information used to build your quote. You may redact the brand and leave confidential contract text out.

What the pilot collects

  • Contact: your name or studio name and a delivery email.
  • Scope: deliverables, versions, usage, timing, revisions, source files, and restrictions.
  • Your inputs: creator-approved proof points, amounts, assumptions, and preferred response if the budget changes.
  • Service records: payment status, delivery timing, refund status, and whether you tell us the quote was sent.
  • Bounded attribution: anonymous session and campaign labels used to understand which approved launch channel worked.
Leave these out

Do not send complete contracts, bank or card details, tax records, identity documents, account passwords, home addresses, or confidential negotiation history.

How it is used

We use the information only to check fit, prepare and deliver the requested quote, support corrections or refunds, prevent duplicate orders, and evaluate the bounded founding-pilot experiment. Payment details stay with the payment provider.

The service providers are Stripe for hosted payment, Google Workspace for private email and working files, and PostHog for anonymous, bounded pilot events. Each provider receives only the information needed for its role.

PostHog receives only named interaction events, a session-scoped random identifier, bounded campaign labels, the page path, and the referring hostname. The loader disables autocapture, automatic pageviews, session replay, surveys, heatmaps, feature flags, cross-session identity, and person-profile creation. It strips full URLs, DOM text, form contents, email addresses, creator or brand names, rates, and brief details before sending. It also requests no GeoIP enrichment, discards client IP data at the project level, and respects supported Do Not Track signals.

We do not sell creator or brand information. We do not use a real brief as a public example without separate, explicit permission.

How long it is kept

Intake and working quote content is deleted after the seven-calendar-day correction window following delivery. The working receipt or delivery email is cleared from the pilot ledger at that point unless an accounting or legal rule requires retention. The minimum service ledger may retain bounded payment, refund, delivery, consent, and deletion records when needed for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.

The storage location is private, Sidney is the accountable operator, and private operating details are not published.

Your choices

You may redact the brand, ask what information is held, request a correction, or request deletion of pilot content subject to any record we must retain. You may stop before drafting begins and use the refund route described in the pilot terms. PostHog uses session storage rather than analytics cookies, and supported Do Not Track signals are treated as an analytics opt-out.
